As is customary, BISA was present at this 33rd edition in which the latest mining technology advances and effective solutions to the core problems facing the Peruvian mining industry were presented. Likewise, this edition sought to reinforce the message that mining is not only the mobilization of capital and machinery, but also promotes progress, since it has an integrating power that engages other productive and service activities, adding value and creating decent employment. .
Within the framework of innovation in mining, BISA presented its new EPCM Ambiental service in association with Smart Access Peru. The objective of this service is to achieve harmony between the mining project, the community and the environment, achieving profitable results for all. The service consists of the following:
– Local training and employment plan
– Local procurement and contractor management plan
– System of inquiries, complaints and social incidents
– Monitoring of the social climate and measurement of its performance
– Strategy and planning of social and environmental issues
