BISA receives the Sumajg Award at the Santo Domingo Convent by Compañía Minera Antamina.

On November 21, 2013, the Sumajg Award was held in the Santo Domingo Convent by the Antamina Mining Company.

“Sumajg” is a Quechua word that means excellence. The Antamina company began this initiative in 2007 with the aim of recognizing those successful experiences and / or best practices of its strategic partners.
BISA was recognized as a Strategic Partner of Excellence, thanks to its outstanding performance and commitment demonstrated during 2013.

Its Executive President Ing. Abraham Chahuán expressed “Antamina always aims for excellence and our suppliers are strategic partners to achieve it, that is why through the Sumajg awards, we recognize their spirit of continuous improvement”.

The event was attended by important representatives of mining companies and suppliers.
This is a great recognition for the entire BISA Team that has been working at Antamina and strives to improve more every day and thus obtain better results.
